The buyout rate opener, delivered to the person who owns fulfilment, in the week their situation changed.
You publish buyout rates for eight markets and hold them for nineteen. Strongest opening line in your category, and nobody is using it. This offer books that line into your pipeline. Two core channels at €4,000/mo each, bundle both and save €2,000/mo, plus two optional add-ons (calling and event support) at €2,000 each.
What you get.
Three lines. No jargon. Same three we opened the strategy page with, kept here so the offer stands on its own.
COD sellers, supplement and cosmetics brands, non-EU sellers shipping in, Amazon FBA prep, and the person who owns fulfilment at each one. You see the list first. You keep it either way.
A cost changed, a listing pulled, a round closed, a new country, a new head of operations. The message lands while the decision is still open, not on a schedule.
The first ask is your own buyout numbers for their markets. A media buyer says yes to that and no to a demo. You reply with rates. The conversation is already commercial.
Who we write to.
All eight WAPI segments, with the seats that sign the fulfilment contract. Named companies stay off the page. Those are yours on the call.
| Segment | Seats we write to |
|---|---|
| Direct-response and COD sellers Supplements, cosmetics, animal care. 1,000 to 50,000 orders/mo. RO, SK, HU, PL, ES, PT, IT, GR. | Owner or founder, head of operations, media buying lead, COD account manager |
| Supplement and nutrition brands EU and UK. 500 to 5,000 orders/mo. | Founder, head of operations, supply chain manager, ecommerce director |

| Animal care and pet supplement brands EU. 500 to 5,000 orders/mo. | Founder, operations manager, head of ecommerce |
| Look-alikes of WAPI's own customers Matched to each existing customer's band. EU and UK. | Same seats as the segment each look-alike sits in |
| Partner channel Agencies, marketplace consultants, compliance firms. EU and UK. | Agency founder, partnerships lead, head of client services |
When we write.
Nine triggers, each a real event at a real company on a real date. This is the whole reason a stranger opens your email.
Every parcel crossing the border now carries duty. Stock inside Europe is the answer.
Something stopped them there. Whoever fixes it rebuilds how they sell in that country.
The fulfilment decision gets made in the quarter after the round. We write in that gap.
New language, currency, shipping table. Delivery times and costs become somebody’s problem this week.
They just took on the one risk in this category that nobody handles well first time.
They did not sign the current contract, and they want a win in three months.
They are about to pay salaries for work you already do. The ad says how much.
Real pain with a date on it, read by the same person who signs the fulfilment contract.
The hard part, getting them to change at all, is already done.
Packages and pricing.
Two core channels, plus two optional add-ons. Buy either core channel on its own, or take both and save €2,000 a month. Month to month after the first 90 days. Everything below is included in the fee. No pass-through invoices, no per-lead pricing.
| Package | Monthly | What it delivers |
|---|---|---|
| Email only Signal-timed cold email across all eight segments. |
€4,000 | Dedicated sending infrastructure, warmed and monitored. Verified lists per segment. Three to four touch sequences, one segment at a time. Signal-timed sends, quiet weeks when nothing has changed. Reply routing to your team same day. Weekly deliverability + performance report. |
| LinkedIn only Signal-timed outreach from senior WAPI seats. |
€4,000 | Managed LinkedIn accounts, warmup and orchestration. Connection + message sequences to the seats above. Same signal library as email, timed the same way. Reply routing to your team same day. Weekly report on connections, replies, meetings booked. |
| Email + LinkedIn bundle Both channels, one signal engine, single reply feed. |
€6,000 | Save €2,000/mo. Same signals, same list, timed across both channels so the same prospect gets an email one day and a connection request the next. Recommended for six of the eight segments where the media buyer lives on LinkedIn and the ops lead lives in inbox. |
Optional add-ons
Bolt these onto either core package. Same signal engine, same reply feed, same team.
| Add-on | Price | What it delivers |
|---|---|---|
| Cold + warm calling Dial the same signal list. Follow up positive replies live. |
€2,000 / mo | 250 cold dials per week against the current signal list, plus warm follow-up calls the same day a prospect replies positively to email or LinkedIn. Local caller-ID where available, call notes logged, meetings booked straight into your calendar. Same weekly report as the core channels. |
| Event support Full pre-event motion, per event. |
€2,000 / event | Full support for a team of up to 4 WAPI attendees. Attendee list scrape, exhibitor enrichment, ICP-scoring against the eight segments, personalised reach-out on email + LinkedIn, and meetings pre-booked into calendars before the event opens. Post-event follow-up sequence included. |
Term: core packages are a 90 day initial engagement, then month to month. Calling add-on runs month to month alongside. Event support is billed per event, on confirmation of the event date. You keep every list, every reply, every asset built for you, contract or no contract.
What is not included: paid ads spend, gifting, sponsorship or booth fees at events. Everything in the outbound engine and the pre-event motion is inside the fees above.
What each channel includes.
The line above says "warmed and monitored." Here is what that actually means, so €4,000 reads as a full service, not a fee.
Infrastructure: dedicated sending domains, mailboxes warmed to send safely, SPF, DKIM, DMARC set correctly, weekly deliverability scan against the same industry gate we use for RevSculpt work.
List: per segment, per country, verified before every send (catch-all, invalid, disposable removed). Named prospect + role + company + the dated signal that put them on it.
Copy: segments written separately. A media buyer running Romania gets a different message from a skincare founder in France. One ask per touch. Three to four touches.
Timing: signal-timed. Sends land the week something changed. Quiet weeks when nothing did, so the base list stays fresh.
Reply flow: every positive reply routed to your inbox same day, tagged by segment and trigger.
Reporting: weekly. Deliverability, replies, meetings booked, and the specific signals that fired.
Accounts: managed WAPI sales accounts, warmed and monitored. Sends look human because they are paced human.
Targeting: the same eight segments and same seats as email. LinkedIn catches the media buyer and the founder that inbox misses.
Sequences: connection request timed to the trigger, then a short message. Same one-ask-per-touch rule as email. No pitch on the connect.
Timing: the same signal engine fires email and LinkedIn together. A prospect who ignored an email gets a connect the week after, from a person, not a form.
Reply flow: replies routed to your team same day.
Reporting: weekly. Connections accepted, replies, meetings booked, and which signal drove each.
Why the bundle exists: the ops lead lives in inbox, the media buyer lives on LinkedIn, and the founder checks both. Running both channels off the same signal engine catches the same prospect on whichever surface they answer on.
Shared list: one master list per segment, one signal feed, one reply queue.
Coordinated timing: the same trigger fires an email Tuesday and a LinkedIn connection Thursday, both referencing the same event.
Same reporting: one weekly report covering both channels so you see the full picture, not two silos.
Save €2,000 a month vs. buying the two separately. 25% off the standalone total.
Cold volume: 250 dials per week, ~1,000 per month, drawn from the same signal-triggered list the email and LinkedIn sequences run against. No random dialing.
Warm follow-ups: every positive email or LinkedIn reply gets a call the same day, before the conversation goes cold. The reply is the permission, the call is the accelerator.
Setup: local caller-ID where available per country, call recording (where lawful), call notes logged against the account, meetings booked straight into the calendar of the reply owner you nominate.
Reporting: dials, connect rate, positive replies, meetings booked, folded into the same weekly report as email and LinkedIn.
Runs alongside Email, LinkedIn, or the bundle. Not sold standalone, because the volume math only works when it dials a live signal list.
Attendee scrape: full attendee list built from the event platform, socials, and public exhibitor materials before the event opens.
Exhibitor enrichment: every exhibiting company enriched with domain, size, category, and the seats that own fulfilment decisions.
ICP scoring: every scraped attendee and exhibitor scored against the eight WAPI segments. You walk into the event with a ranked shortlist, not a directory.
Reach out: personalised email + LinkedIn to the top-scored contacts in the two weeks before the event, referencing the event by name and offering a slot at the booth or a coffee meeting.
Meetings pre-booked: confirmed slots dropped into the calendars of your named attendees (max 4). No cold walk-ups needed to fill the day.
Post-event: follow-up sequence to every scanned badge and every no-show, sent within 72 hours of the event closing.
Billing: per event, on confirmation of the event date. Runs alongside the core packages or standalone for a one-off event push.
The 90 day plan.
Every 90 day engagement runs the same shape: build in week 1, send in week 2, and hit rhythm by week 4. Here is what happens when.
Segments 1 and 2 first (COD sellers + supplement brands). Named lists with the dated signal on each row. Sending domains bought and warmed in parallel. Copy drafted per segment, one ask per touch. You approve the final copy before anything sends.
First cohorts go live. Small volume, tight targeting. Replies route to your team same day. Week 4 review: which segments answered, which signal drove the reply, which seat replied fastest. Rebalance the volume off that data, not off a spreadsheet.
Segments 3 through 6 added off the same signal library. If you bought the bundle, LinkedIn goes live on the same trigger set. All eight segments running by day 60. Weekly report shows deliverability + connections + replies + meetings booked.
Signal engine hitting rhythm across all eight segments. Look-alike segment (7) and partner channel (8) layered in. Day 85: we present the 90 day report and you decide to continue month to month, pause, or stop. Every asset stays yours.
Sign and start.
Four decisions and we start the list build the same week.
| Decision | What we need from you |
|---|---|
| 01 · Core package | Email only (€4,000/mo), LinkedIn only (€4,000/mo), or both (€6,000/mo). Bundle saves €2,000/mo. |
| 02 · Add-ons | Optional. Calling (€2,000/mo, 250 cold dials/wk + warm follow-ups on positive replies) · Event support (€2,000/event, team of up to 4). Tick either, both, or neither. |
| 03 · Segments | Confirm we lead with segments 1 and 2 (COD sellers + supplement brands) as recommended, or override with the segment you want first. |
| 04 · Reply owner | Which seat at WAPI takes the replies (and the warm call handoffs, if calling is on). Same person for all segments, or split by segment. We route same day, every day. |
Countersign: reply to the thread with "confirmed" and the four answers above. We send a one-page order form back the same day, list build starts day 1.
